Growing up in Knappa, just east of Astoria, Kourtney graduated high school with a class of only 34 students, instilling in her a deep appreciation for tight-knit communities. She went on to earn a degree in Biology from Washington State University, combining her academic curiosity with a keen eye for detail. Now residing in Olney, Oregon, Kourtney plays a pivotal role in marketing and launching team listings, managing everything from initial listing intake to contract preparation with precision and dedication.
In addition to her administrative expertise, Kourtney brings a creative touch to the team’s operations. She coordinates the staging of all vacant listings, ensuring each property shines for potential buyers, and crafts detailed staging guides for owner-occupied homes. Outside of work, Kourtney embraces the outdoor lifestyle the North Oregon Coast offers. She enjoys riding her horse, Bentley, foraging for mushrooms, and filling her freezer with wild game like deer and elk. A new dog mom to Ellie, a spirited English Springer Spaniel, Kourtney also pours her energy into nurturing her friendships and building connections. Her love for nature, animals, and her community reflects the vibrant and compassionate person she is, both in and out of the workplace.
